摘要
[目的/意义]旨在为高校图书馆联盟管理提供参考。[方法/过程]采用文献调研法和案例分析法对国内外数据治理相关研究进行综述,并从环境与文化、技术与工具和流程与活动3个方面论证了高校图书馆联盟实施数据治理的可行性。以福建省高校数字图书馆(FULink)为例,采用问卷调查法分析图书馆联盟成员馆的数据管理现状,并从组织、技术、系统3个方面进行研究。[结果/结论]图书馆联盟不仅实现资源共享,还将实现文化、数据、服务等的共享。
[Purpose/significanceJThe paper is to provide reference for management of academic library alliance. [Method/pro- cess ＂The paper uses literature research method and case analysis to do a literature review of data governance at home and abroad, demonstrates the feasibility of the implementation of data governance in the academic library alliance from 3 aspects of environment and culture, technology and tool, process and activity. It takes FULink for example, uses questionnaire survey method to analyze the current status of data governance of library allied member, and researches on it from 3 aspects of organization, technology and system. [Result/conclusion]The library alliance can not only be limited to sharing of resources, but also sharing of culture, data and service.
