有限元法在电磁搅拌装置中的应用和研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文论述了电磁搅拌装置中感应器的原理和结构,从电磁场理论出发,建立了感应器的数学模型,利用有限元法得到了磁场在空间的分布,并且实现了电磁力的大致估算,最后比较了理论计算数据和实验数据,结果证明用该方法分析电磁场的分布是可行的。 The principle and construction of induction coil in electromagnetic mixing assembly is discussed , according to the theory of electromagnetic field, the mathematical model of induction coil is presented, the field-intensity distribution is got with finite element method, therefore, electromagnetic force is estimated. Finally, the feasibility of the method is demonstrated by means of comparing the theoretical data with test results.
