摘要
电磁搅拌技术是提高金属冶炼效率和产品质量的重要辅助手段。介绍了金属精炼与铸锭工艺中常用的电磁搅拌器中产生的磁场及电磁力的计算模型、计算方法及边界条件的处理方法。与此同时评述了各种模型的优缺点,分析了计算中的难点和存在的问题,提出了使计算模型更符合实际过程的研究途径。
Electromagnetic Stirring was an important auxiliary technique for improving the metal refining efficieney and products quality. The mathematical models, numerical methods and boundary conditions for analyzing the magnetic field and electromagnetic force generated by electromagnetic stirring which was usually used in metal refining and casting were presented. The advantages and disadvantages of several models were reviewed, and the difficulties and problems in numerical analysis were discussed. Some ways which made the numerical models approach to the practical process were pointed out.
