新疆红枣企业员工薪酬满意度影响因素研究——以塔里木大漠枣业有限公司为例

摘要 员工的薪酬满意度高低直接反映了一个企业薪酬管理水平的高低,满意度越高薪酬的激励效果越明显。因此,提高员工薪酬满意度是提高员工工作效率的重要措施,也是提高企业竞争力的关键因素。文章以塔里木大漠枣业有限公司为例从五个方面对员工薪酬满意度影响因素进行分析,通过描述性统计分析、相关性分析和回归分析找出影响新疆红枣企业员工薪酬满意度的关键因素,进而找到提高员工薪酬满意度的方法,实现员工和企业的双赢。 The degree of payment satisfaction mirrors the degree of an enterprise's payment management. The higher the satisfaction is,the more motivated employees will be. Therefore,promoting payment satisfaction is an effective measure to increase working efficiency,which subsequently enhances an enterprise's competitiveness. Taking Tarim Red Date Industry Co. Limited as an example,this paper detects from five major factors affecting employees' payment satisfaction degree. Through descriptive statistical analysis,relevance analysis and regression analysis,key factors influencing the employee's satisfaction degree are concluded,which helps to find ways to enhance this degree so that a win-win consequence will be achieved between the enterprise and its employees.
