小鼠实验性小花棘豆中毒的病理学观察 被引量:9

摘要 将40只小鼠随机分为4组,即对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组,3个试验组分别按照每千克体重1、5、10 g的剂量饲喂小花棘豆,63 d后采集小鼠心、肾、肝、脾、肺、脑等组织器官进行病理组织学检查,并计算脏器系数。结果显示,小花棘豆中毒可导致小鼠肝脏系数、肾脏系数和肺脏系数增大,脑系数、心脏系数和脾脏系数降低,部分组间差异显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01);镜检发现小花棘豆中毒小鼠大脑、小脑、肾脏、肝脏、脾脏等组织细胞空泡变性,部分神经细胞肿胀,胞浆空泡化,且HE染色变淡。结果表明,小花棘豆中毒对小鼠组织器官有显著影响,并呈现出一定的时间和剂量效应关系,小花棘豆中毒可引起机体组织器官广泛性的病理损伤。 40 mice were randomly and equally divided into 4 groups( the control group and experimental groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ) to investigate the lesions induced by Oxytropis glabra DC. These experimental groups of mice were fed daily with O. glabra DC at 1 g /kg,5 g /kg and 10 g /kg everyday for 63 days,then all mice were killed and the pathological change of heart,kidney,liver,spleen,lungs,brain,cerebella were observed,and the quots of organ were calculated. The results demonstrated that quots of organ of kidney,liver and lung of mice were higher than control group,the quots of organ of brain,heart and spleen were lower than control group,with significant differences between the experimental groups( P〈 0. 05 or P〈0. 01); brain,cerebella,kidney,liver and spleen of poisoning mice displayed pathological change with characterized vacuolar degeneration poisoning by O. glabra DC,the interspaces round the nerve cells became large in the thalamus,and endochylema vacuolization,which was lightly dyed with HE staining compared with normal control. The results showed that O. glabra DC has remarkable effects on organs and tissues of mice,further more a time-effect as well as a dose-effect relationship was observed. It is concluded that feeding O. glabra DC could cause extensive pathological damages in tissues and organs of poisoned mice.
