摘要
将12只和田羊随机分为3组,即对照组、试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组。试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组分别按10和20g.kg-1.d-1剂量饲喂小花棘豆干粉,饲喂至典型临床症状出现为止。攻毒前及攻毒后每隔7 d采血1次,检测和田羊血液生化指标变化。结果表明,与正常对照相比,试验组和田羊血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性极显著上升,α-甘露糖苷酶(AMA)活性极显著下降;血清中尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(CR)、血糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(TC)含量均高于对照;甘油三酯(TG)和白蛋白(ALB)含量低于对照。结果表明,小花棘豆中毒对和田羊血液生化指标有显著影响,并呈现出一定时间和剂量效应关系,小花棘豆对和田羊心、肝、肾等器官有一定毒害作用。
12 Hetian sheeps were randomly and equally divided into 3 groups (the control group and experimental groupl,ll), and two experimental groups were fed with Oxytropis glabra DC at 10 and 20g.k-1.d-1d1respectively during the test period. The sheep consumed the forages freely until typical symptoms were observed. Before challenge test and at intervals of 7 days in this test, blood biochemical indexes of each group were measured, respectively. The results demonstrated that the activity of AST, ALT, LDH, AKP in experimental groups were significantly higher than normal control group, and the activity of AMA in experimental groups was significantly lower than normal control group, the contents of BUN, CR, GLU and TC were higher than normal control; TG and ALB were lower than normal control. The results showed that Oxytropis glabra DC had remarkable effects on biochemical indicators of the blood in Hetian sheep, further more a time-effect as well as a dose-effect relationship was observed. It was concluded that feeding Oxytropis glabra DC causes damages in heart, liver, kidney and other viscera of Hetian sheep.
