摘要
采用水溶性PVA纤维伴纺牦牛绒混纺纱线开发纯牦牛绒针织毛衫,能改善牦牛绒纱线的可织造性,降低线密度,增加柔软和蓬松度,满足产品的轻薄化需求,提高产品附加值。但是,水溶性PVA纤维伴纺牦牛绒衫的设计和生产工艺与普通的针织服装生产工艺存在着一定的差异。本文通过对牦牛绒针织衫退维工艺前后技术参数的改变以及服装尺寸变化研究,探索水溶性PVA纤维伴纺牦牛绒针织衫的合理编织生产工艺,为生产实践提供参考依据。
The knittability of yak hair can be realized with its linear density reduced and softness and bulkness increased after yak hair accompany spun with water soluble PVA. Their knitted product meets the requirements to make light and value added garment product. But the technology designing and in processing its knitted sweaters is different with that in knitting normal sweaters. The paper tries to probe a reasonable sweater knitting process of yak hair accompany spun with water soluble PVA to provide reference for real production.
