Piezoelectric Properties of Negative Electret Cyclosporine A Patch

摘要 为比较研究不同表面电位的驻极体对环孢菌素A贴剂内模型药物的极化及其压电性影响,进一步探讨驻极体环孢菌素A贴剂内药物极化及释放机制,利用药剂学方法制备了空白贴剂和不同药物质量的环孢菌素A贴剂。利用电晕充电技术制备了不同表面电位的双裸面驻极体,将驻极体与环孢菌素A贴剂组合制备成驻极体贴剂。借助于等温表面电位衰减测量和准静态压电系数测量研究了驻极体对环孢菌素A贴剂压电性的影响。结果显示:驻极体环孢菌素A贴剂的内、外电场具有良好的稳定性;驻极体可引起环孢菌素A贴剂内模型药物的极化,药物的极化程度随驻极体表面电位的升高而增强、随驻极体作用时间的延长而衰减并逐步趋于稳定;环孢菌素A药物质量越高,则驻极体环孢菌素A贴剂的压电活性越低。可得结论:驻极体可引起环孢菌素A的极化,药物的极化与驻极体表面电位、驻极体作用时间、贴剂内模型的药物质量密切相关;驻极体产生的电场力与极化的药物分子相互作用,可实现模型药物在驻极体环孢菌素A贴剂内的可控释放。 To investigate the polarization and the piezoelectric effect of electrets with different surface electric potentials on the patched model drug of cyclosporine A, and to further understand the drug's polarization and release mechanism, we prepared a number of drug patches that contained different amounts of cyclosporine A. Using the corona charging method, we prepared some dual-bare electrets of different surface potentials, and integrated them with the patches to make the electret patches. Then we tested the patches using the isothermal surface potential decay measurement and the quasi-static measurement of piezoelectric coefficient so as to study the effects of the electrets on the patches. The results show that both the internal and the external electrostatic fields are stable. The electret can cause polarization to the model drug. The polarization degree increases with the electret's surface potential, but it descends with increasing treatment time of the electret until it gradually reaches a steady state. Increasing the drug concentration in the patch lowers the piezoelectric coefficient, i.e. the patches' piezoelectric activity. It is concluded that the electrets can cause the polarization of the model drugs. The polarization intensity is closely related to the electret's surface potential and its effect time, as well as the drug concentration in the patches. The electric field force induced by electret interacts with the polarized drug molecules, and hence realizes the controlled release of patched drug..
