摘要
分析了电场生物效应实验和实用中脉冲电场上升沿的形成并基于经典球形单细胞模型推导出计及上升沿的脉冲电场所诱导的细胞跨膜电位的计算解析式。研究发现:脉冲电场上升沿与细胞跨膜电位峰值、波形密切相关,减少脉冲电场发生电路的电感来增大脉冲电场所诱导跨膜电位的峰值可提高电穿孔的效率。
The pulses with rising edges are used in various experimental researches on biological effects in actual electric pulses. The reason why these rising edges exist is given. Analytic solution of transmembrane voltage in pulsed electric field with rising edge considered is derived using the classic singular cell model. From the analyses of the effects of rising edges on transmembrane voltage, it can be concluded that both the magnitude and waveform of the transmembrane voltage are closely related to the value of rising time constants. So the magnitude of transmembrane voltage can be increased and thus the efficiency of electroporation can be improved by reducing the inductance of pulsed electric field generation circuit.
