摘要
对种子活力的研究是目前种子生理学研究的热点 ,近年来对种子活力的机理的研究有了新的突破。本文主要叙述了种子活力与蛋白的关系研究进展 ,包括种子活力与贮藏蛋白的关系、种子活力与热激蛋白等逆激蛋白的关系、种子活力与泛肽、钙调蛋白的关系等 ,并探讨了与种子活力有关的逆激蛋白之间的同源性。
Seed vigor is currently the highlight of seed research. Great progress in the mechanism of seed vigor has been made in recent year. In this article, we reviewed relation between seed vigor and proteins ——storage proteins, stress shock proteins such as heat shock proteins and other special proteins such as ubiquitin. The homology of stress shock proteins in relative with seed vigor was discussed too.
