摘要
文章阐述了我国农业现代化发展的基本特征,指出发展农业生产社会化服务体系是农业现代化的必由之路,分析了农业社会化服务体系存在的问题,提出了加强体系的顶层设计、加大对农业科技创新尤其是技术研发推广的支持力度、加快推进农村信息化建设步伐等对策,以进一步加强农业社会化服务体系建设。
Basic characteristics of the development of agricultural modernization in China were described in the paper. It was pointed out that developing social service system of agricultural production is inevitable for agricultural modernization. Problems of socialized service system for agriculture were analyzed. Countermeasures to improve construction of agricultural social service system were put forward, such as strengthening top level design of the system, enlarging support to agricultural science and technology innovation, especially the development and extension of technique, and speeding up the pace of rural informatization construction, etc.
