摘要
我国农业经营的特点、农业服务的公共产品性质以及新时期发展现代农业的要求使得建立新型农业社会化服务体系迫在眉睫;根据供给主体、服务性质和服务内容的差异,本文对不同类型的农业社会化服务模式进行了概述,提出了通过制度建设、主体建设和市场建设来建立和完善我国新型农业社会化服务体系。
In view of the characteristics of the Chinese agricultural management, the nature of public products in agricultural service, and the requirement for development of modern agricul- ture in the new era, it is an urgent task to establish a new socialized agricultural service system. The paper discusses different models of socialized agricultural service systems in terms of the varied supplier subject, nature of service and contents of service. Conclusions are reached that establishing and perfecting a new socialized agricultural service system can be achieved through system construction, subject construction and market construction.
