摘要
目的 通过观察双歧杆菌及其细胞壁肽多糖 ( Cell Wall Preparation,whole peptidoglycon,WPG)对 S1 80 荷瘤小鼠抑瘤作用及在体内外对 IL- 6和 TNF- α生成的影响 ,探讨双歧杆菌及其 WPG的免疫调节和抑瘤作用机制。方法 采用经驯化而具有一定耐氧能力的两歧双歧杆菌 C1 4 株及其 WPG腹腔免疫S1 80 荷瘤小鼠 ,应用放射免疫检测小鼠外周血中的 IL- 6和 TNF- α的含量 ,同时在体外观察小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生 IL - 6和 TNF-α的影响。结果 双歧杆菌及其 WPG在体内外对 IL - 6和 TNF-α的生成有明显的促进作用 ,对 S1 80 荷瘤小鼠均有明显抑瘤作用。结论 双歧杆菌及其
Live Bifidobacterium bifidum (strain C 14 )which is of oxygen-resistant and its cell wall preparation,whole peptidoglycan(WPG)were injected into celio of Balb/c mice inoculated with S 180 tumor The result showed that both of Bifidobacterium and its WPG possess marked inhibitory activity on the growth of S 180 tumor in mice,and IL 6 and TNF α were induced greatly in vivo and in vitro These suggest that Bifidibacterium and its WPG can activate macrophages to secrete IL 6 and TNF α playing an antitumor activity and adjusting immunoreaction
