悬吊运动疗法治疗慢性非特异性下背痛疗效分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨悬吊运动疗法治疗慢性非特异性下背痛的疗效。方法将78例慢性非特异性下背痛患者,按数字随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用低频脉冲电疗及药物治疗等传统方法;治疗组在传统治疗基础上用悬吊运动疗法治疗,治疗周期4周。分别在治疗前、治疗2周、治疗4周用视觉模拟评分和改良Oswestry功能障碍指数进行评价。结果两组患者视觉模拟评分和改良Oswestry指数均有改善,治疗组改善优于对照组(<0.05)。结论悬吊运动疗法能有效改善慢性非特异性下背痛的症状。 Objective To investigate the curative effect of Sling exercise therapy treatment of chronic nonspecific low back pain. Methods Seventy-eight cases of chronic nonspecific low back pain patients, according to figures were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group treated with the traditional method of lowfrequency impulse electrotherapy and drug therapy; the treatment group was patients were treated with the suspension movement therapy based on the traditional treatment, treatment period were 4 weeks. Respectively before treatment, treatment for 2 weeks, treatment for 4 weeks, had evaluate with visual analogue scale and modified Oswestry disability index. Results Two groups of visual analogue scale (VAS) and modified ODI had improved, the treatment group improved better than that of control group (P〈 0.05). Conclusion The sling exercise therapy can effectively improve the symptoms of chronic nonspecific low back pain.
