悬吊运动疗法联合超声波治疗腰肌筋膜疼痛综合征的疗效分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨在超声波治疗的基础上,联合悬吊运动疗法治疗腰肌筋膜疼痛综合征(Myofascial pain syndrome,MPS)的临床疗效。方法自2015-06-2016-06纳入70例MPS患者,按照1:1的比例随机分为两组,在超声波治疗的基础上,观察组35例采用悬吊运动疗法,对照组35例采用传统推拿治疗。治疗时间均为1次/d,每周一至周五治疗5次,3周为一疗程。对两组患者治疗前、治疗1周后、治疗3周后的相关指标进行对比分析。结果两组患者治疗后,其VAS和ODI评分、腰椎活动度(前屈和后伸)均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05);治疗1周后,两组的改善效果相近(P>0.05),但3周后,观察组的改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3周后,观察组总有效率为91.4%,显著高于对照组的80%,两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种方式均可取得良好的早期疗效,但随着治疗时间的增加,悬吊运动疗法联合超声波可更好地减轻疼痛、改善腰部功能和腰椎活动度。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of suspension exercise therapy combined with ultrasound in the treatment of myofascial pain syndrome(MPS). Methods From June 2015 to June 2016, 70 patients with MPS were selected. According to the ratio of 1:1, the patients were randomly divided into two groups. Based on the ultrasonic treatment, 35 cases in the observation group received sling exercise therapy, 35 cases in the control group received the traditional massage therapy. The treatment time was l/d, every Monday to Friday treatment for 5 times, one course of treatment was 3 weeks. Before treatment, 1 and 3 weeks after treatment, the relevant indicators were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the VAS and OD1 score, lumbar activity (flexion and extension) of two groups were significantly improved than before treatment (P〈0.05). After treatment for 1 week, the improvement of two groups was similar (P〉0.05), but after treatment for 3 weeks, the observation group improved significantly better than the control group (P〈0.05). After 3 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion The two methods can achieve good early effect, but with the increase of treatment time, suspension exercise therapy combined with ultrasound can better relieve pain, improve lumbar function and lumbar activity.
