摘要
人才培养模式的创新是高职院校建设发展的关键之举。校企合作、工学结合背景下,行业企业参与高职人才培养过程的比例和分量越来越高,有效发挥行业企业与高职院校的协同效应就成为创新高职院校人才培养模式的中心工作。湖北交通职业技术学院基于实践提出的"双挂牌、双基地"校企合作交通高职人才培养模式有效回应了当前高职发展过程中遇到的困境,提供了借鉴路径。
The innovation of Program mode is the key to the development of Higher Vocational College. On the background of School-enterprise cooperation, industry ‘s a participation in teaching process is increasing involved.Thus, how to effectively gives school-enterprise play has become the focus of innovating the program mode.The practice of the ＂dual listing, double base＂ mode at Hubei Communication Technical College makes a good response to the issue and a case to provide reference to solving the dilemma on this issue.
