摘要
文章利用第一手调查数据,研究分析了人力资本与社会资本在村干部竞选中的作用,以及两者的联合作用机制。研究发现:(1)在提高村干部竞选成功率方面,人力资本与社会资本都是不可或缺的。决定村委会主任竞选成功的主要因素是社会资本;决定村委会委员(村民代表)竞选成功的主要因素是人力资本。(2)在决定村委会主任竞选成功方面,人力资本与社会资本存在较强的互补关系;在决定村委会委员(村民代表)竞选成功方面,人力资本与社会资本存在较强的替代关系。
This thesis, based on first-hand survey data, has studied the importance of human capital and social capital in the election of village cadres, and has made a quantitative analysis of the cooperative working mechanism of the two capitals. Firstly, both human capital and social capital are indispensable in improving the success rate of running for village cadres. Social capital is the major factor in campaigning for the chief of village committee, whereas human capital is the major factor in running for the memberships of village committee, complementary relationship when it the village delegates. Secondly, comes to the campaign for the the two capitals have a strong position of the chief of village committee, while a strong substitutional relationship when it comes to the running for village cadres and for the memberships of the village committee.
