摘要
目的分析贵州兴义束花石斛、金钗石斛、流苏石斛、美花石斛中多糖和总生物碱的含量差异。方法采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸比色法测定多糖含量,酸性染料比色法测定总生物碱含量。结果贵州兴义束花石斛、金钗石斛、流苏石斛、美花石斛的折干率分别为13.72%,18.13%,20.77%,32.63%;多糖含量分别为22.70%,12.88%,6.29%,5.20%;总生物碱含量分别为0.41%,0.58%,0.68%,0.46%。多糖与生物碱负相关,r=-0.522(P=0.448);多糖与折干率负相关,r=-0.810(P=0.190);生物碱与折干率相关系数r=-0.041(P=0.959)。结论贵州兴义四种石斛中束花石斛多糖含量较高,但总生物碱含量与折干率较低,总生物碱含量以流苏石斛较高;总生物碱含量、折干率与多糖含量负相关,但在α=0.05水平检验不显著,可能与样本数较少有关。
Objective To analyze the content of polysaccharides and total alkaloids in Dendrobium chrysanthum, Dendrobium Mobile, Dendrobium fimbriatum and Dendrobium loddigesii from Xingyi, Guizhou. Methods 3,5 - Dinitrosalicylic acid (DNS) colorimetry was used to determine the content of polysaccharides, and the content of total alkaloids were measured by acid dye col- orimetryl. Results In the four Caulis Dendrobii materials, the drying rates of were 13.72% ,18.13% ,20.77% and 32.63% ; the content of polysaccharides were 22.70%, 12.88%, 6.29% and 5.20% ; in addition, the content of total alkaloids were 0. 41%, 0.58%, 0.68% and 0.46%, respectively. The content of polysaccharides showed negative correlations with the content of total alkaloids (r = -0. 522, P =0.448) and drying rates (r = -0. 810, P =0. 190), while the correlation between the content of total alkaloids and drying rates was -0. 041 (P = 0. 959 ). Conclusion Dendrobium chrysanthum had higher content of polysac- charides and lower content total alkaloids and drying rates than the others. And the content of total alkaloids in Dendrobiumfimbri- atum was higher. Besides, no significant difference among the three indicators in t test may result from a small sample.
