摘要
目的探讨家属参与中年健康体检人群中结直肠癌筛查的效果。方法将220体检者随机分为观察组108人和对照组112人,观察组家属参与体检者的调查、筛前相关知识指导、肠道准备及结直肠镜检查中,对两组的筛查结果、遵医行为及影响遵医行为主要个体因素进行分析。结果两组高危人群的检出率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组在遵医行为依从性上差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组在影响遵医行为主要个体因素除自我感觉无不适外,其它因素比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家属参与中年健康体检人群中结直肠癌筛查可提高结直肠癌筛查阳性率及进一步改善他们遵医行为的依从性。
Objective To explore the effect of family＇s participation on the colorectal cancer screening among middle-aged physical examination population. Methods 200 persons with physical examination were randomly divided into two groups. 108 cases of observation group had family＇s participation on the colorectal cancer screening, while 112 cases of control group did not. The screening results, compliance behavior and its influence factors were analyzed. Results There was no statistical difference in the detection rate of high risk group between two groups （P〉0.05）. There were statistical differences in the compliance behavior （P〈0.05）, influence factors of compliance behavior except＂feeling subjectively comfortable＂（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Family＇s participation on the colorectal cancer screening among middle-aged physical examination population can improve the positive rate, and improve their compliance behavior.
