摘要
首先结合转炉实际烟气量的计算,对一次风机的工作能力进行了分析;然后根据实际除尘效果指出了除尘设备的薄弱环节,并对现有设备进行了改造。改造后的一次除尘设备可以满足生产要求和环保要求,从根本上解决了原有系统烟气带水、炉口溢烟等问题。
First, the actual amount of flue gas was calculated , and the fan working ability was analyzed , then the weak link precipitator was presented according to the actual removal effect of the exiting dust removal equipment , and the existing e-quipment was transformed .the dust removal effect was highly improved .
