摘要
本文从陕西北缘六县市人力资源现状入手 ,运用经济学方法深入探讨该区人力资源与城镇化的内在机制 ,具体从以下三方面分析该区人力资源与城镇化发展的关系 :①人口增长方式的转移 ;②流动人口的影响 ;③人力资源管理。以实现该区人口。
Starting with the present situation of population resources of six counties at the northern edge of Shaanxi province. This article studies the key mechanism of population resources and urbanization with the economic theory in this area. In particular, the author analyzes the relation connected with the development of population resources and urbanization in three aspects: 1)The transformation of population growth; 2)The effects on the inhabited residents; 3)The management over the population resources. Based on the above analysis, the author points out that this area should realize the harmonious development of population, economy and urbanization.
