摘要
以县域农场为例 ,重点探讨了由标准田地价测算进而测算各类用地的基准地价及变幅 ,在此基础上提出土地承包价格的测算方法 ,为农用地的承包。
With the continue of agricultural land contracted policy and the deepen of the reform of the land use system, it becomes more and more important to calculate the contracted price of different periods about agricultural land. Due to the characteristic of agricultural land, it is more difficult to evaluate its price than urban land.Taking a certain farm in a certain region as a case study, the paper studies on how to evaluate the datum land price and brings forward a method to evaluate it from the price of the standard unit. In order to make the land price more feasible, the paper also brings forward a method to calculate the land contracted price from the datum land price.
