摘要
建立了测定咪唑烟酸原药中有效成分的高效液相色谱方法,采用250mm×4.6mm Discovery C18(5μm)不锈钢柱,乙腈+水(含0.5%冰乙酸)体系为流动相,二极管阵列检测器,检测波长280nm,外标法定量。实验结果表明,本方法线性相关系数为1,标准偏差为0.19,变异系数为0.19%,平均回收率在99.7%。
A quantitative analysis method for the determination of Imazapyr TC by HPLC was established. The active ingredient of Imazapyr was analyzed quantitatively with external standard method using 250mm×4.6mm (id) Discovery C18 (5μm) stainless steel column, DAD detector (240nm) and Acetonitrile -0.5% Acetic acid aqueous solution as mobile phase at 0.8ml/min. The linear correlation coefficient was 1.000 0 (34-172mg/L), the standard deviation was 0.19, the coefficient of variation was 0.19% and the average recovery was 100.7%.
