摘要
论述了我国环境影响评价制度的缺陷 ,提出了在环境影响评价中确立清洁生产的思路与方法 ,以推动环境影响评价走上法制轨道。
This article deals with the defects of our environment-influencing evaluation system and puts forward the train of thought and way of clean production in environment-influencing evaluation to help environment-influencing evaluation to get on to the track of law.
