摘要
目的探讨超声诊治小儿肠套叠的价值及方法。方法回顾分析该院2009年6月至2012年11月间诊断肠套叠的86例患儿声像图特征,并结合X线空气灌肠、手术和病理结果,分析超声诊断价值及方法。结果超声诊断肠套叠,横切面呈"靶环征"、纵切面呈"套筒征"特异性高,诊断正确率可达100%。仔细观察套叠包块结构,详细描述声像图特征及相关测量数据,可为临床治疗方案的选择提供客观依据。结论超声特别是高频超声在肠套叠诊治中具有重要临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate ultrasonic diagnostic value and clinical significance of intussusception.Methods This paper does retrospective analysis of 86 cases of children intussusception ultrasonographic data of my hospital from June of 2011 to November of2012,and evaluated with air enema X-ray,surgery and pathology.Results Ultrasound diagnosis of intussusception,Cross-section shows ＂ target sign＂,Longitudinal section shows ＂ Socket sign＂,and with high specificity,with diagnostic accuracy rate of 100%; Carefully observe mass nesting structure,a detailed description of sonographic features and related measurement data,provide a scientific basis for selecting intussusception clinical treatment program.Conclusion ultrasound,high-frequency ultrasound in particular,has important clinical value in the diagnosis of intussusception.
