摘要
为寻找一种简单有效能够证明染发剂具有毒性,探究其毒性大小的方法,本文采用蚕豆根尖细胞微核实验,检测氧化型染发剂的诱变效应.结果显示,细胞微核百分率以及染色体畸变率相比于对照组存在着显著的差异,且当浓度为10.0 mg/mL时,蚕豆根尖细胞微核率达到最高值.由此说明染发剂具有一定的毒性作用,且毒性强度与染发剂的浓度是相关联的.蚕豆根尖细胞微核实验能够作为初步检测氧化型染发剂诱变效应的有效方法.
The aim of this research was to find a simple and effective way to prove hair coloring creams with mutagenicity.We using the micronucleus test technique of Vicia faba root tip cells,the toxicity of hair coloring cream was explored.The results showed that comparing with the control group the micronucleus rate and chromosome aberration rate had significant differences.And when the concentration is 10.0 mg/mL,the micronucleus rate of Vicia faba root tip cells reached the highest value.Experimental results also showed that hair coloring cream had a certain toxicity,and the toxic intensity of hair coloring was associated with its concentration.And the micronucleus test technique with Vicia faba root tip cells was an effective way used as a preliminary detection of mutagenic effects of oxidized Hair Coloring cream.
