摘要
采用国产氧化型染发剂进行果蝇非整倍体研究。结果表明,分别喂饲染发剂4.3mg/m1,8.6mg/m1浓度后诱发的果蝇性染色体丢失率和不分离率均显著高于阴性对照组。果蝇非整倍体频率增高主要是由性染色体丢失所致。生殖细胞各阶段非整倍体率显著高于阴性对照组。
The mutagenicity of the oxidation hair dye were investi- gated by anerploidy test. The results are as follows: after the oxidation hair dye was fed to male flies for 48 hours, freguen- cies of aneuploidy in drosophila melanogaster germ cells at dose level of 4. 3mg/ml and 8. 6mg/ml were 0.23% and 0. 38%. Significant different was found between all treated groups and negative control (P<0. 005). The results suggest that different dose of oxidation hair dye can lead to effect of cytogenetics damages.
