摘要
高等职业院校的人才培养目标是为社会主义现代化建设培养高素质技能型专门人才。职业技能鉴定以市场需求为导向、职业能力为核心,能充分反映市场和用人部门对人才职业素质的真实要求。以职业技能鉴定为导向定位人才培养目标,通过开展职业技能培训与鉴定,积极主动灵活地将市场需要的新知识新技能融入到学生专业能力培养中,把学生培养成市场真正需要的人才,进一步促进高职高专院校人才培养目标的真正实现。
The training objectives of the higher occupation colleges is to cultivate high-qualitytalents with skilled talents for the socialist modernization construction. Occupation skill appraisal to themarket demand as the guidance,to occupation ability as the core,can fully reflect the market and human resources personnel occupationquality of actual requirements. we focused on the talents training goal of professional skill appraisal oriented positioning,developed the occupation skill training and identification,actively and flexibly incorporated the new skills and knowledges of the needs of market into the students＇ professional ability training,cultivated students into the real meeds of the talent market,promoted the real talents training goal of higher vocational colleges in the furture.
