摘要
地区电网黑启动辅助决策系统的开发对辅助调度人员制订黑启动方案、实现系统全停后的快速恢复具有重要作用。主要研究了黑启动方案评估,并将其应用于黑启动辅助决策支持系统中。利用TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution)法分析评估黑启动初始方案组,建立数据库并进行分析推理,评估各初始方案的优劣,从而选择出最优的黑启动方案。同时探讨了黑启动过程中被启动火电机组的运行特性。
The Regional Power Grid development of Black-start decision support system developed for the auxiliary dispatchers Black Start programs to achieve full stop after the system has an important role in the rapid recovery. This paper mainly studies the development of black start scheme evaluation, and is applied to black and decision support system. Using TOPSIS （Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution） method to evaluate black start initial solutions group, and to establish the database analysis and reasoning, evaluate each initial Solution quality, so as to choose the optimal black start scheme. This paper also discusses the black start is in the process of start the characteristics of thermal power unit.
