双子表面活性剂对Mannich反应胶束催化以及动力学研究

摘要 主要研究了双子表面活性剂-溴化-1,4-二烟酸十二烷基酯丁烷(NAE12-4-12)对Mannich反应的催化作用以及动力学.在pH值为4,室温下,反应时间为4h,该反应产率为56.7%.这相对于没有NAE12-4-12参与的Mannich反应,产率提高了3倍.通过实验研究表明该反应为三级反应.双子表面活性剂的用量对速率常数有较大的影响:随着双子表面活性剂用量从0cmc增加到1cmc,速率常数增大一个数量级.此后用量进一步增加,速率常数略有增加.双子表面活性剂胶束催化Mannich反应,有望在绿色化学中发挥重要作用. In this paper,we have studied the catalysis of the Gemini Surfactant,1,4-bis bromide nicotinic acid dodecyl ester butane(NAE12-4-12) on the Mannich reaction under the condition of pH 4,at room temperature.The reaction time was 4h,and the yield was 56.7%.Compared with Non-12-4-12 presented in the Mannich reaction,the yield increased 3-times fold.Experimental studies have shown that the reaction is thrid order reactions.Gemini surfactant hasa great influence on the rate constants.With increasing dosage of gemini surfactant from 0cm to 1 cmc,the rate constant further increase an order of magnitude.After that further increas in the amount,the rate constant increases slightly.Mannich reaction Gemini surfactant micelles by catalyzed is expected to play an important role in green chemistry.
