摘要
高频链逆变技术具有功率密度大、可靠性高和电气隔离等特点,新能源电动汽车技术的发展也拓展了其应用领域。研究了一种用于电动汽车的含有高频环节的带无刷直流电机(BLDCM)驱动器,即逆变型高频链周波变换驱动器。针对周波变换器的双向开关特征,运用解耦思想,提出了一种适用于BLDCM负载的新型调制策略,详细分析了高频链逆变器在变压器前级逆变环节高频开关工作周期内的工作模态。系统仿真和实验结果证明了高频链周波变换器带BLDCM的可行性。
High frequency link inverter technology has the advantages of large power density, high reliability and elec- trical isolation, the development of new energy electric vehicle technology is expanding its application field.A kind of brushless direct current motor(BLDCM) drive for electric vehicle with three-phase high frequency link conversion is studied, that is, high frequency link cycloconverter.Aiming at the character of bidirectional switch in the cycloconverter, a novel modulation strategy as BLDCM load by using decoupling idea is proposed.A thoroughly analysis of the high frequency link inverter working modes in the high frequency switch cycle of pre-transformer are shown.System simulation and experimental results demonstrate the feasibility of high frequency link cycloconverter with a BLDCM.
