摘要
高频隔离式直接AC/AC变换器具有双向功率流、网侧谐波电流小、单级功率变换、电路结构简单等优点。这里将移相控制双向DC/DC变换器的概念推广到AC/AC变换领域,提出移相控制零电压开关(ZVS)AC/AC变换器电路结构及拓扑族,分析了其工作原理,该类变换器具有容易实现开关管ZVS、动态响应快等优点,同时由于该变换器无输出滤波电感,因此不存在换流时引起的有源电压尖峰。仿真结果表明移相控制ZVS AC/AC变换器能有效抵制输入电网电压的畸交及扰动,得到稳定的输出电压以满足负载要求。
High frequency isolated direct AC/AC converters have advantages of bidirectional power flow, small net side harmonic current, single-stage power conversion, simple circuit structure, et al.This article extendes phase-shift bi-directional DC/DC converter to the AC/AC transformation domain, circuit structure and topdogy of a family of phaseshift contrel zero vdtage switching(ZVS) AC/AC converters is proposed, the working principle of the analysis is given, such converter can achieve ZVS, fast dynamic response, et al.Since no output filter inductor lies in the circuit, so the commutation voltage spikes caused by active does not exist.Simulation results show that such converter can effectively resist the distortion of input grid voltage disturbances and give a stable output voltage to meet the load requirements.
