一种新型的高频链逆变器拓扑分析与设计

摘要 详细介绍了一种新型的双次级绕组双功率桥高频链(HFL)逆变器,该逆变器采用新型电路拓扑,属于单级功率变换,具有结构简单、控制灵活、损耗低、效率高、负载适应性强、易于模块化等特点,能实现4个象限之间的平滑过渡,提高了系统的可靠性。理论分析了该电路的四象限工作原理、正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)控制方法及闭环控制策略。实验结果证明了电路拓扑和控制策略的可行性。 A novel dual secondary winding and dual power bridge high frequency link(HFL) inverter is discussed.Sin- gle-stage power conversion, standard half-bridge connection of devices, soft-switching for all the power devices, low conduction loss, simple bipolar combined phase-shifted control, and high efficiency are among the salient features of the HFL inverter.The principles of circuit operation,PWM control and synthesis,topological extension are discussed. The theoretical analysis is presented and the realization of power stage and close loop control are described.Experimental results are given to validate the effectiveness of analytical result and operation principle of the circuit.
