构建营销绩效评价ROI模型的思考 被引量:2

摘要 本研究的目的是建立完整的营销评估系统,并且通过整合的营销平台能有效地管理营销活动,同时对于总体发生的成本计入考量,通过效果评估的ARC平台,取得量化的效果,建立完整的ROI(投资收益率)模型。通过这个系统,企业对营销的投入和产出之间,可以作出最好的战略决策。这个完整统一的结构可以作为为企业营销管理的核心架构,而公司高层可以有效地将营销纳入其战略规划中,实现营销对于企业实际的关键价值。
