摘要
应用高效液相色谱外标定量法对希舒美中阿齐霉素的含量进行了测定。采用 p H=4 .0的磷酸水溶液与乙腈按 80∶ 2 0 ( V/ V)组成流动相 ,ODS柱在 8min内测定阿齐霉素。方法简便 ,重现性好 ,在线性范围内阿齐霉素的相关系数 r为 0 .9992。本法适用于药品希舒美生产过程的监测及临床上对该药的血药浓度的监测。
HPLC method was established for determination of azithromycin in zithromax.The pH 4.0 phosphate solution∶acetonitrile=80∶20(V/V) was used as mobile phase in hypersil ODS2 C_18 column(5μm,250mm×4.6mm i.d)and UV spectra was detected at 210nm.A good linear relationship exists in the range of 200—2000μg/mL(r=0.9992).The average recovery of azithromycin is 99.34%,the RSD are 1.00%—2.20%(n=5).The method is simple and fast with satisfactory results.
