云木香挥发油提取工艺优化研究 被引量:5

Study on Technology Optimization for Extracting Volatile Oil from Root of Saussurea LappaC.B Clarke

摘要 目的:优选云木香挥发油提取工艺。方法:以挥发油提取率和油的品质综合评分为指标,对水蒸气蒸馏、超临界CO2萃取、加热回流提取、超声波提取和闪式提取5个提取方式进行实验优选;再以挥发油提取率为指标采用正交实验法对所选提取方式的各影响因素进行考察,优化工艺条件。结果:超临界CO2萃取法提取效果最佳,经正交实验考察发现对云木香挥发油提取结果影响最显著的因素是萃取压力,其次是萃取时间、萃取温度和分离温度,可结合生产实际进行选择。结论:云木香挥发油的最佳提取工艺条件为:超临界CO2萃取,CO2流量20L/h,萃取压力18MPa,萃取温度35℃,萃取时间1.5h,分离柱压力6.5MPa,分离温度30℃。 Objective:To optimize extract technology for volatile oil from root of Saussurea lappaC.B Clarke.Methods:First,the extraction rate and the quality of volatile oil from root of Saussurea lappaC.B Clarke were selected as a marker in the test of choosing the best way to extract volatile oil from the five experiment ways.These were steam distillation,supercritical CO2extraction,heat reflux extraction,ultrasonic extraction and flash extracted.Then made the extraction rate as standard and took orthogonal test to analyse these factors which influence the test.Results:Supercritical CO2extraction method was the best way.By orthogonal test,extraction pressure was the main factor in effecting the extraction of volatile oil,extraction temperature,extraction time and separation temperature were minor factors.Other factors could be selected in accordance with production practicel.Conclusion:The best way to extract volatile oil from root of Saussurea lappa C.B Clarke is Supercritical CO2extraction method.The optimal extraction is as follow,the flow of CO2is 20L/h,extraction pressure:18MPa,extraction temperature:35℃,extraction time 1.5h,separation pressure:6.5MPa,separation temperature:30℃.
