摘要
对治疗脾虚证的部分中药进行了筛选研究。结果表明，薏苡仁、积壳、木香、砂仁、鸡内金可增加正常小鼠小肠推进率，提示这些药物具有促进肠运动的作用；而白茯苓、莲肉、扁豆、神曲、使君子则使其小肠推进率降低，提示这些药物对肠运动呈现抑制效应。莲子肉、扁豆、积壳、麦芽、山楂可使利血平性脾虚小鼠体重增长加快，提示这些药物可能对肠道吸收功能具有促进作用。
Some Chinese medicines for spleen vacuity were studied elected and the re-sult showed that the herbs Coix,Bitter orange,Saussurea,Amomum and Gizzard lining incseasedpropelling rate of normal mouce small intestine which suggested that these drugs had the actionsto promote intestine movement,The medicines white poria,Lotus seed,Lablab,Medicated leavenand Quisqualis lowered propelling rate of small intestine which implyied that these drugs had theactions to inhibit the movement;And the drugs lotus seed,Lablab,Bitter orange,Barley sprout andGrataegus queickenen to raise the weight of spleen vacuity mouce caused by reserpin which inde-cated that these drugs could promote the digestive function of intestine.
