摘要
在混凝土浇筑后初期 ,养护剂犹如水蒸发的抑制剂 ,而随着薄膜的形成 ,则犹如蒸汽不通过膜。在硬化的早期阶段 ,养护剂可阻碍混凝土结构的冷却及蒸养过程的过干燥 ,加速水泥的水化和混凝土的硬化 ,提高混凝土的强度、密度、抗渗性和耐久性 ,降低收缩 ,并可预防裂缝。在蒸养预制钢筋混凝土生产中应用养护剂是有效的。
Earlier after concrete has been poured,curing agent is as if a water evaporating resistance.When a membrane formed,it became a vapor barrier.In the early hardening stage curing agent may prevent the concrete from over-drying;accelerate hydration and hardening;improve its strength, density, impermeability and durability in concrete cooling and curing process. Furthermore,it can also restrain shrinkage and cracks.It is efficient to use concrete curing agent in evaporating and curing process for ready-made reinforced concrete elements production.
