摘要
钢筋网-水泥砂浆面层加固砌体墙是加固砌体结构的常用方法,现阶段人们对该加固方法的关注点较多集中在加固前后墙体的抗震性能方面,较少关注加固后面层的耐久性问题,如面层开裂、钢筋锈蚀以及由此所带来加固效果的弱化等。以某已加固砌体结构住宅实例和实验室砖墙加固试件为例,介绍了钢筋网-水泥砂浆面层加固砌体墙存在的面层开裂情况,分析了面层开裂原因,并在构造措施方面提出了相应的建议,以期为该加固方法的工程应用及相关规程的修订提供参考。
Structure member strengthening with steel reinforcement web-cement mortar splint is a common method to strengthen the masonry structure. Current concerns about the strengthening method focus on the seismic performance of the wall before and after strengthening, and paid no attention to the layer durability problems of the wall after strengthening, such as the surface layer crack, steel corrosion and so on, which can weaken the reinforcement effecting. A masonry structure and test specimens of masonry wall were selected as examples, the problem about cement mortar surface layer crack was introduced, and the crack reason was analyzed. The improvement suggestions in the construction measures aspect were proposed which can provide reference for the strengthening engineering and for the further revision of the standard.
