摘要
高性能水泥复合砂浆钢筋网薄层(HPFL)加固法是一种新型的加固方法,为了解HPFL加固混凝土小型空心砌块砌体的受力机理、破坏形态及抗压承载力提高幅度,制作了2组对比试件和4组加固试件进行轴压试验.试验结果表明,HPFL与原砌块砌体能较好地协同工作,加固后试件极限承载力和极限压应变提高,有效地改善了砌块砌体的脆性性质.通过试验数据拟合了混凝土小型空心砌块受压应力应变曲线,并提出HPFL加固混凝土小型空心砌块砌体抗压承载力计算方法,为加固设计提供参考.
High-Performance Ferrocement Laminate(HPFL) is a new strengthening method.In order to investigate capacity mechanism,failure mode and capacity elevated degree of small concrete hollow block masonry strengthened with HPFL,two reference specimens and four strengthened specimens were made for the axial compression tests.The experiment results show that HPFL can be able to cooperate with original masonry,the ultimate capacity and ultimate compressive strain are greatly improved.It effectively improves the brittle nature of the masonry.The stress-strain relation curves of small concrete hollow block masonry is fitted based on the experiment data in this article,and a calculation method is proposed for predicting the ultimate strength of small concrete hollow block masonry,which can be reference for the strengthening engineering design.
