摘要
提出了一种考虑系统暂态稳定性的电网规划方法。利用暂态能量函数与负荷的灵敏度关系 ,计算出系统的停电损失 ,从而将电网的暂态稳定性与电网建设的投资统一在对电网规划方案的经济性评估上。仿真结果证明了所提电网规划方法的可行性。
This paper presents a novel transmission network expansion planning method considering transient stability. Utilizing the sensitivity relationship between the transient energy margin and the system load, the system outage loss can be calculated, thus the economic evaluation of transmission network planning scheme can integrate the transient stability and the investment of transmission network. The simulation results demonstrate the proposed planning method's feasibility. This project is the key subject project of Shanghai Municipality (No. B990604).
