摘要
电力网网架优化是一个多目标、多阶段、离散的、非线性、受约束的混合整数规划问题。传统的优化算法已不能满足规划需要,以人工智能技术为基础的各类优化算法逐渐成为规划的主流算法。该文综述了近年来电网网架优化规划领域的国内外研究成果。针对输电网和中低压配电网的不同特点,分析了相应数学模型的建立和基于智能技术的寻优算法研究中的成果和进展。重点探讨了中低压配电网网架优化问题建模和算法研究中存在的问题和不足,提出了未来网架优化规划研究中应关注的问题和研究方向。
Structure optimization of the electric power grid is a multi-target, multi-step, discrete, nonlinear and constrained hybrid integral programming problem. Traditional optimal algorithms are usually incapable of solving the problem and the artificial intelligence (AI) based algorithms now become widely accepted in this area. This paper introduces the recent research progress obtained around the world in the domain of power grid optimal programming. Because of the quite different features in structures of the transmission power grid and the 10kV & 380V distribution network, the choice of mathematical models as well as the enhancement in the AI based optimization algorithms are presented and discussed respectively for the programming of these two types of networks. The problems existing in models and algorithms, and the works for further researches are also discussed.
