摘要
对新一代成核剂Millad NX8000的物化性质、毒理性质进行了介绍,其合成工艺路线是经分子修饰得到的丙基山梨醇与丙基苯甲醛反应而得。通过四代山梨醇成核剂的研发过程研究,提出成核剂的一些研发思路,具体思路是以第四代成核剂分子结构为核心,进行分子结构改造设计,得到刚性结构更强,热稳定性更优的新成核剂品种。
As the physical and chemical properties,toxicological properties of nucleating agent Millad NX8000to the new generation are introducedin in this paper,and Put forward some development ideas nucleating agent.The synthetic routes composed of by molecular modification of propyl sorbitol and propyl benzene formaldehyde reaction.Through four generations of sorbitol into research and development process of nucleating agent,puts forward some nucleating agent development ideas,The concrete train of thought is the fourth generation of nucleating agent molecular structure as the core,to transform the design of molecular structure,get more rigid structure and better thermalstability new nucleating agent varieties.
