摘要
文章在对环境工程专业就业难问题分析的基础上,对目前产学研合作教育的培养模式进行了分析,提出了适合普通高校实践创新型人才培养的科研项目带动人才培养的培养模式,并结合广西自治区高校科研项目的基本情况,探讨了各类科研项目在人才培养中发挥的作用。
On the basic of analysis for low employment rate of environment engineering, the current Cooperative Education training model is analyzed in the paper. And a specific talent training model is proposed. It is use of research project to drive practice innovative talent training. Further more, combined with the basic university research project situation of Guangxi, the paper discuss the role played by various research projects in talent training.
