摘要
在"互联网+"新形势与中国经济新常态背景下,市场对于国际商务人才质与量的需求不断冲击现有的人才培养模式,专业化人才培养模式逐渐向复合型人才培养模式转变。产学研合作是高端国际商务人才培养的有效途径。本文从产学研合作融入国际商务人才培养的重要性入手,结合当前国际商务人才培养的现状与不足之处,探究在"互联网+"新形势下,将互联网思维与技术引入国际商务人才的产学研培养模式中的可行性与实施方案。
Under the ＂Internet plus＂ and the new normal situation of Chinese economy, the market demand for the quality and quantity of international business talents requires a change from the existing personnel training mode to a compound cultivate training mode. CEEUSRO is an effective way to the training of high-end international business talents. From the importance of CEEUSRO, this article analyses the current situation and deficiencies of CEEUSRO in international business talent training in order to explore the feasibility and implementation plan that introduce the Internet thinking and technology into the training mode of international business talents under the new ＂Internet plus＂ situation.
