摘要
气相色谱法是一种在有机化学中对易于挥发但不发生分解的化合物进行分离与分析的技术,目前其已成为现代分离分析的主要方法之一,近年来,气相色谱在各个领域都已取得很大的进步和惊人的发展。文章主要介绍气相色谱的原理、及其在石油化工、食品检测、药物分析、环境监测方面的相关应用。
Gas chromatography is a technique in organic chemistry for easy volatile but not decompose compounds were separated and analysis technology, it has become one of the main methods of modem separation and analysis, in recent years, in various fields have made great progress and remarkable development of gas chromatography. The paper mainly introduces the principle of gas chromatography, and it＇s in the petroleum chemical industry, food, pharmaceutical analysis, environmental monitoring applications.
