摘要
利用对氨基苯磺酸改性木质素磺酸钙制备生物吸附剂,研究它对废弃印刷线路板非金属成分中有害重金属离子(Pb2+、Cd2+、Hg2+、Cr2O72-)的吸附行为及其影响因素。结果:制备的对氨基苯磺酸改性木质素磺酸钙树脂可有效地去除废弃印刷线路板非金属成分中重金属离子,经吸附条件优化后对Pb2+、Cd2+、Hg2+、Cr2O72-的吸附率分别为:86.6%、79.4%、88.4%、和86.7%。这为废弃印刷线路板非金属成分的绿色资源化提供了有效地技术方法。
Use of sulfanilic acid modified calcium lignosulfonate preparing biological adsorbent metallic components of printed circuit boards scrap its harmful heavy metal ions (Pb2+, Cd2+, Hg2+, Cr2O72+) adsorption behavior and its influencing factors. Results: Preparation of sulfanilic acid-modified calcium lignosulfonate resin can effectively remove non-metallic components printed circuit boards scrap metal ions, the adsorption conditions optimized for Pb2+, Cd2+, Hg〉, Cr2O72+ adsorption rate as follows: 86.6 %, 79.4 %, 88.4 %, and 86.7 %. It is non-metallic components of the green waste printed circuit board resource provides effective technical methods.
