摘要
分析火电厂输煤系统各设备不同的磨料磨损和堵塞形成机理。结合工程实践,列出几种耐磨材料的优化使用建议,并对新工艺进行探讨,对几种耐磨防堵材料及工艺进行技术经济分析。
The forming mechanism of abrasion and sticking of different antiabrasive materials for various equipment in the coal handling system of thermal power plant was analyzed. Combining with the project practicesthe optimal application of several antiabrasive materials was proposed the new technologies was and the tech-economical analysis of several antiabrasive-antistiching materials and technology was conducted.
