摘要
本研究选择FNi15A,FNiWC35自熔性合金粉末作为耐磨粒磨损喷焊材料,用等离子喷焊和氧乙炔喷焊工艺制备的试样进行了销盘式低应力和碾压式高应力磨粒磨损试验.结果表明:FNiWC35喷焊层比FNi15A喷焊层具有更优良的耐高应力磨粒磨损性能,但在低应力磨粒磨损中,它与FNi15A的相对耐磨性主要取决于磨粒的种类和硬度;对于同一种喷焊材料,氧乙炔喷焊层比等离子喷焊层具有更好的耐磨粒磨损性能;等离子喷焊层的耐磨性不仅与喷焊材料有关,而且在很大程度上取决于喷焊工艺.
This paper gives an account of Pin and Disc low stress and the grinding high stress abrasive wear tests on the specimens made by using plasma and oxy acelylene flame spraywelding technology. In the tests, two kinds of Ni base selffluxing alloys FNi15A and FNiWC35 are used as the typical spraywelding materials of abrasive wear resistance. The results show that FNiWC35 overlays have better resistance than that of low stress abrasion, but the relative wear resistance of FNiWC35 and FNi15A still mainly depends on the kind and hardness of abrasive. The resistance of oxy acelylene overlay to abrasive wear is better than that of plasma spraywelding one when the same materrial is used. The wear resistance of plasma spraywelding overlays depends not only on the spraywelding material, but also on the spraywelding parameters in great degree.
