摘要
通过对成都电厂电子束烟气脱硫示范工程运行情况的调查,对电子束烟气脱硫技术(EB-FGD)进行再评价。该示范工程自鉴定定验收以来,历经2年多的改造、维修和运行表明:工程的工艺参数设计合理,大功率电子加速器等关键设备运行正常;改进和更换了一些机电设备。改造后,系统和设备日趋完善,与机组运行的同步率不断提高;工艺过程得到进一步优化,运行管理不断完善;副产品硫按质量稳定,市场供不应求,脱硫成本进一步降低。为今后高质量的工程设计提供了宝贵经验和可靠依据,也为这一技术进入我国的脱硫市场增强了竞争优势。
This paper reevaluates the electron beam flue gas desulfurizationEB-FGDtechnology through the investigation on the operating situations of demonstration project of electron beam flue gas desulfurization in Chengdu Power Plant.The improvementmaintenance and operation of the demonstration project for more than two years show thatthe design of technological parameters for the project if rationalthe operation of key equipment such as large power electron acceleratoretc.is reliablethe system and equipment are being perfected day by daythe simultaneous operation time EB-FGD with generating unit is continuously increasingthe technological process is further optimizedthe management is being constantly improvedthe qualities of ammoniun sulfate by-product are stable and the supply is not adequate to the demandand the cost of de-SO2 is further reduced.All of the above-mentioned provide valuable experiences and reliable basis for quality engineering design of EB-FGD and strengthen its competitive superiority in the FGD market.
