摘要 通过对成都电厂电子束烟气脱硫示范工程运行情况的调查,对电子束烟气脱硫技术(EB-FGD)进行再评价。该示范工程自鉴定定验收以来,历经2年多的改造、维修和运行表明:工程的工艺参数设计合理,大功率电子加速器等关键设备运行正常;改进和更换了一些机电设备。改造后,系统和设备日趋完善,与机组运行的同步率不断提高;工艺过程得到进一步优化,运行管理不断完善;副产品硫按质量稳定,市场供不应求,脱硫成本进一步降低。为今后高质量的工程设计提供了宝贵经验和可靠依据,也为这一技术进入我国的脱硫市场增强了竞争优势。 This paper reevaluates the electron beam flue gas desulfurizationEB-FGDtechnology through the investigation on the operating situations of demonstration project of electron beam flue gas desulfurization in Chengdu Power Plant.The improvementmaintenance and operation of the demonstration project for more than two years show thatthe design of technological parameters for the project if rationalthe operation of key equipment such as large power electron acceleratoretc.is reliablethe system and equipment are being perfected day by daythe simultaneous operation time EB-FGD with generating unit is continuously increasingthe technological process is further optimizedthe management is being constantly improvedthe qualities of ammoniun sulfate by-product are stable and the supply is not adequate to the demandand the cost of de-SO2 is further reduced.All of the above-mentioned provide valuable experiences and reliable basis for quality engineering design of EB-FGD and strengthen its competitive superiority in the FGD market.
